If Crossfade is in speed mode, then Amp it Up will cause the speed buff to increase from 25% to 60%, allowing Lucio and his teammates to rush forward or retreat with ease. If Crossfade is in healing mode, then Amp it Up will cause that healing to accelerate to 50 HP per second for Lucio's allies and 30 HP per second for Lucio himself.
